I have given Pizza Hut from Rio Grande City many chances to get better but they keep getting worse. Today I could see light through the pizza because they was practically no cheese on it. There was very little cheese so we ate just bread and grease. I love going to other Pizza Huts, they are always really good but Rio Grande needs to put a little care into the pizzas. I keep getting disappointed here.

Ordered online, curbside. Got there in 20mins., called to let them I was outside, she told me it was going to be a little bit more. 15 minutes more passed, I saw a guy picking up like about 20 to 30 pizza, that’s when they brought my pizza, not only was it burnt but it was cold.

Awful customer service came in to eat with my dad at May 11, 2022 at 8:56 pm ! The waiter Gabe’s out menu just walking in , then he forgot I guess to offer drinks and even place an order took them about 30 Monet hung minutes until I had to call them out if they was going to help !! He said that many pizza was messed up and they was trying to fix them , it not my fault you want to stress cx setting the place and carry out order aside. Very disappointed that why the Pizza Hut was so empty they need to new workers !
