I went to the restaurant on 6/23. I parked in front of the restaurant in a non curb side parking spot. As soon as I walked in, I was asked about my order number. I told her I was dining in, then she said I couldn’t park in the spot I was in due to drive up customer. I told her there was no signage stating that spot was curbside. She was persistent that I moved. I told her to show me the sign. She finally walked off. At this point I knew this was not the place to eat anymore. Do better. If you want that parking spot for curbside, then put a sign.

Actually not bad food but definitely not worth what paid got my pizza with little to 0 tomato sauce and wing weren’t even half covered in hot sauce total rip off. The pizza isn’t even more than a quarter inch thick absolutely do not do dine in either as the workers take forever to even say hi or give you your order

I ordered my meal in advance. I paid when I got there. I sat down to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited and was never called that my order had been ready. I would see people come in, and employees would come out of the back room. They would pick up their order and the employees would go to the back. I finally got tired of waiting so I decided as soon as somebody would come I would ask about my order as I did not want to be rude. I finally saw somebody come out of the back room I asked can you please check on my order. When I gave my name my order was sitting there waiting I had been waiting, mind you, about 30 minutes to 40 minutes. I was quite upset as I placed the order over the phone at least 20 minutes before I got there. I ask to see a manager the manager said he was sorry. I said don’t be sorry, I will never come back to this particular Pizza Hut. I will not recommend this particular Pizza Hut. I would never have written this review however I hope this does not happen to you. This should not be happening in such a delicious establishment. When I got home I noticed that the pizza was cold,the wings were cold, and so are the best sticks were very cold. So much so that the cheese was hard on the top. I sincerely hope the establishment does not do this to anybody else.

We ordered online carry out at the palmhurst location. When we got home we noticed that they forgot to put the hot sauce on one of the pizzas. My husband called and the person that answered and was super rude arguing with my husband that he did put the sauce. My husband got mad and asked for the manager but they put him on hold for a very long time so he hung up on him. We will not be ordering at the palmhurst location anymore.

Pizza Hut is on my favorite place. What bothers me is when people don’t take pride in what they do. Customer service is the first priority but to deliver a meal without napkins and utensils is truly irresponsible.
