Could not order anything due I would not give me phone number. I was in there a week early I didn’t have to give my phone number. After I told the cashier she could not have it. Was able to order. The young guy started that he would not take my order unless I gave my phone number. I was in the store with cash

I had a horrible experience at this location. As soon as I walked in. I witnessed the supervisor drop a stack of small pizza boxes. While the tall flamboyant co workers laughed at her and told her something she didn’t like. Cause they were all yelling at each other. Totally unprofessional. Instead of bending over to pick them up. She kicked them all against the wall so they stood up then picked them up AND STILL PUT THE PIZZA IN A BOX AND GIVE TO TO CUSTOMER. Plus she was extremely rude. My pizza was made WRONG AND 30 MINS LATE. She then tells me to either take it wrong or waite. I tell her this is your fault for not having control of her team. I then mention she is lazy and dirty for putting that pizza in box for customer. I then got flicked off and cussed and embarrassed by her in front of the whole store. No one had name tags on. And no one have me their name. I always go here and it keeps getting worse. After all this a co worker said the GM said I cant go back.

This location is horrible they won’t refund when item is unavailable. Who wants to go back to a place with horrible service? If u order and and something isn’t available might as well cancel the whole order to get your money back because they will not refund just for that item. Thieves

This was my second time coming here and my last. The first time I asked for extra sauce on my pizza, manager was nice and let me keep the pizza and remade it, this second time again i asked for extra sauce, it had lite sauce i wasted gas bring back the pizza just for it to be remade and the same thing to happen very little sauce. I don’t know what’s so hard about looking at a screen and reading it and following directions. This place is a no go

Would’ve given them a better rating. I gave it a three star rating because the cashier he did above and beyond. He was very sincere and helpful. The manager, however, she was incredibly rude and made my family not feel welcome at all. We said we were going to eat there and she was trying to get us to leave. Charged us 5 dollars for water drinks. I didn’t know that getting water is that much. There was no lids for the cups at all. The soap in the woman’s restroom wasn’t working. When I told the female manager this she was rude to me. And talked to me like I was stupid. Other than that the food was good. And if only next time they had diet drinks would be nice.
