I placed 2 separate orders with 2 separate addresses. Somehow they delivered both orders to the same address, when we called to ask the manager for a resolution, she hung up on us twice and refused to make it right. When I tried to call the restaurant back they refused to answer my calls. Next thing I know I get a call from a district manager who tries to lecture me on customer experience. You all need to empower your managers to solve issues for customers. This was one of the worst scenarios I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut.

My driver felt the need to put his own tip and tried to hide it with his thumbs and had the receipt folded of I wouldn’t t have turned my light on and opened the receipt I wouldn’t have seen that he is lucky I gave him 2.00 instead of what he asked for after doing that

I give them zero stars they delivered my food half my order was missing and I made no attempt to make it right very very discouraging and lazy. This is why people don’t order from Pizza Hut anymore.

Every time I order delivery here, 1-3 items are incorrect or missing entirely. At first I didn’t think much of it (everybody’s human, mistakes happen). But at this point, it’s not worth throwing away more money at this location. The most frustrating part: if you try to call the store to solve the problem, you never get through. They’ll transfer you to multiple call center employees, but never someone actually on premises.

Ordered at 11:40. They took my order, took my money, and then never showed up. Not sure how this is legal. Seems a bit more than just bad customer service. If you call them to check, you just get a computer that says they are closed. There app. Shows its “out for delivery”. At 2 a.m. Smh.
