ordered for pick up.. was on time for pick up .. pizza was cold and stiff. New Youk Pizza is not stiff .. it appeared that it had been setting for a while.. maybe someone ordered and did not pick up and I got that pizza .. was not even warm!

The kindness of Zoey (who took my order) made this experience the best. It goes beyond ordering food. It is nice to hear a kind voice on the other end of the line. She was patient and professional. And my pizzas turned out to be the best ones I have ordered from this location. With all the hate in this country, my family and I really appreciate the great customer service from this location. my 3 topping pizza had 1 topping on most of the pizza (barely), the other two topping where mostly on one side but very skimpy. The cheese my deep dish pepperoni was 2″ from the edge all around! Very poor quality control on the making of the pizzas. They tasted good as always but

Being handicapped, I rely on car delivery to get the pizza. Last evening because of shortage of work staff there was a sign on the door explaining that we would have to go inside to pick it up. While attempting to get my walking device, a very nice delivery man asked if I needed help and I explained that it would just take awhile. He very nicely offered to get the pizzas for me which was so helpful for me. Wish I had gotten his name but obviously his help was so appreciated.

Love the location and the convenience to the Leon Springs, Tx. area. I asked for extra sausage and they did that to our satisfaction. Next time I’ll ask for extra pepperoni for a change. Better yet, they included a coupon of $6 to my total, reducing the amount of the pizza by that amount. I’m delighted about this newest location.

The best pizza I have had from Pizza Hut. The crust was crispy but still soft in the center with a real buttery flavor. There was the fair amount of toppings on it. Occasionally in the past the toppings were very skimpy. The entire pizza had a lot of favor and was the perfect temperature. Thank you to whomever made it and delivered it.

We scheduled our order at 4pm to be delivered at 5:30pm. Called the store to inquire about late order, but was left on hold. Our order was not delivered until 6:10pm. Pizza Hut should have communicated to us if the order was going to be late.
