Place is clean, empty we thought service would be faster, but we were wrong. manager is snappy, he has no customer service skills, the staff look exhausted from over work, as it seems to be lacking a lot of staff. Tried to dine in, but after 10 minutes no one came to offer menu or take drink order, had to go to counter and request it, as it seemed that focus is on online order, we have to go to counter to order and assuming pick up our dine in order we decided to leave, manager was not bothered, he seemed happy to see us go. We r from out of town, but pizza hut should do better to monitor its restaurants.

The one older lady who works at the counter might be a manager but has a horrible attitude and the cooks have no sense of quality. I have received a double pepperoni with no double just regular and stopped ordering deep dish or extra cheese because I never get what I ordered

We ordered pizza, the delivery driver called and asked for a gate code. I told her we did not have one and that she was at the wrong address, I tried to tell her to come down more and she snapped back that she would figure it out and then hung up. She called back and said she couldn’t find it and I again tried to tell her to come down more, she seemed so confused and was so snappy. She said she was at the gate and again I told her she was at the wrong place, then she snapped back that she was taking it back to the store. I called the store and the manager was not helpful. I explained what happened and that I did not want to pay for a pizza I did not receive nor the tip and delivery fee for something that was not delivered. She told me there was nothing she could do.m and I was welcome to come pick the pizza up. I asked for a refund of what was paid, $52! And she said that she could refund the pizza only but it wouldn’t be for 7-10 days. She was not helpful and had a nasty attitude as well. Customer service is NOT their priority. They do not make attempts to make it right and are defensive of actions that directly upset and inconvenience their customers. We will never be a Pizza Hut customer again. Way too many pizza places in town to just waste money supporting a terrible business and people.

Judging by all the rest of these reviews it’s clear orders are always wrong. And the old lady that runs the place is RUDE and argumentative. Wouldn’t give me a refund when I clearly ordered online and my order placed was correct and what was delivered was incorrect.

This location has made us wait for our food for OVER an hour after it’s shown “out for delivery” both times we ordered. Almost 2 hours in total from the time the order was placed. When calling the store (because we get it, stuff happens) the manager rudely tells us, “look idk when you’re gonna get it I only have one driver.” and hangs up! I will never order delivery again it’ll be carryout and neverrrrr from Wurzbach. Fool me once!

Placed a delivery order here and the the driver forgot my 2 liter. Food was cold. When the driver came back, he had the wrong 2 liter. This location is a joke and it’s not the first time that I’ve had issues with them…but it will be the last. If you, avoid this location like the plague.

I ordered 1 pizza @8:17pm they told me it would be ready in 15 min . I didn’t leave until 9. For one pizza . It was supposed to be pineapple and bacon and there was no bacon. Told me I couldn’t get a refund only store credit . Then asked me what was I waiting for . My pizza been sitting in the warmer and I couldn’t get a refund. Ridiculous I won’t be coming here again.
