After placing the order before 10 this morning so that it would be delivered within the time needed, here we are half hour later and no food has arrived. I understand that it seems that Pizza hut no longer delivers there food and uses Doordash, but the order was placed for a specific time. I called looking for an answer, explanation or at least an apology. All I get is, well there were two other deliveries before you. Wow, guess need to start using Dominoes down the road. Horrible service and unfortunately this was the one that broke the camels back.

I just ordered delivery my food wasn’t sealed. They had stickers but were completely open not sealed whatsoever to the bottom part. My pizza was cold. Pizza hut is partnered with door dash so door dash delivers the pizza. You would at least expect pizza hut to seal the pizza boxes but they weren’t not even my bread sticks were sealed. I highly recommend you DON’T order delivery from this location. The pizza was disgusting and cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We started off by using Pizza Huts call center. Our experience was outstanding we even had a laugh with the call center representative. She helped us with choosing the best deal that was in our price range. When we arrived at the Pizza Hut location the crew there was very nice and welcoming. I even forgot to ask for parmasean cheese, hot pepper, and ranch dressing. I had to go back inside the restraunt and I asked for the items that I forgot one of the crew members politely handed me these items. We were very pleased with their service and will be going back more times in the near future. Oh yeah we ordered a stuffed crust pizza with boneless wings. The wings are awesome and spicy. The stuffed crust pizza is always the best. Thank you Pizza Hut for be such a great choice for pizza dinner night!!!

Very disappointed! We have used their room in the back for our Booster meetings and never have had to reserve the room. No one is using it right now and worker wouldn’t let us use it and no one has it reserved . No sign is posted for reservations. This is the location by Kennedy high school.

Fast easy online ordering. Don’t know how new it is for the online ordering with Pizza Hut but if you go to their menu online and there’s not a picture of what you want to order that means that do not have it that’s very good to know I have ordered from other restaurants before and when the driver gets there then they tell you they don’t have it but Pizza Hut will let you know before you even think about ordering it very professional very good to know

I ordered 26$, and walked in to pick up. The cashier female with glasses has disgusting customer service. She doesn’t smile, say hi, any help. She stands around and judges you instead of actually providing customer service. Made the food taste nasty, and I like Pizza Hut. This place hurt my stomach bad. Shame on you all!

Very disappointed, ordered through the app, and said my order would arrive by a specified time. 15 min later still no pizza, called and lady I talked to said they were just waiting for third party delivery. Didn’t get my order for another 45 min just for them to forget the wings and for the pizzas to be cold

Ordered through mobile app for contactless curbside pick up. Arrived with 9 minutes remaining on the app and checked in by pressing the “I’m Here” button. Pressed the call option and reached some central office. Told them l was at the restaurant and checking in. App timer counted down to 6 minutes, 3 minutes, and then to your order is ready. After approximately 3 minutes I called the I’m Here phone number again and explained after 9 minutes of the app saying my order was ready I still didn’t have my food. Explained I had called once before so she connected me directly to the store. Explained to the manager what was happening and he said they were short staffed, had construction going on, did I press the “I’m Here “ button, oh yes it’s flashing, give me a few minutes! Finally came out with food and asked if I had already paid, yes I paid online. Just a minute and let me get you to sign the receipt! I haven’t signed a receipt before for contactless pick up and he then explained that because of the high rate of customers challenging the charges at a later date they require a signature! So much for contactless. One item was 2 large pepperoni pizzas, double pepperoni and cheese. One appeared correct but other was not double!
