Placed an online order and I have no words for what we received I do however have a picture. Not only was it missing ingredients we were charged for but only thing offered was a store credit ( like we will ever order again) or remake. Next time we want pizza we’ll order from Ali’s pizzeria!

I order a curbside and waited for over 20 minutes after arriving, called the number to inform them I was there and no one still came out. Called the location and spoke with Ari the Manager who did nothing but give excuses instead of having integrity to do the right thing and lied abt the system not working. Had to bring the pizza back and request a remake. Then as they where making the Pizza no one wore gloves and was handling money and touching boxes while preparing

I ordered my online order at the walzem location at 830ish on a Thursday. I get a call that ” I’m sorry we are out of your location”( i live close by.) We have never had issues with delivering before..so we call in and switched to pick up,giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe they are busy or whatever. We order the “New Detroit” this is what we get..compared to..

Don’t use this pizza hut. Wish I could give them zero stars. They are terrible. They use door dash for all delivery’s with adds 30 minutes + to the delivery. I called them and told them I would go ahead a pick up my order. Manager told me pizzas were ready but door dash had not picked them up yet, when I arrived they told me door dash just picked them up. What a waste of time. They offered to make me new pizzas but I could not wait. I told them I will never order from the Walzem location ever again. Staff did not care. Adios Walzem Pizza hut

Don’t believe the 5 stars fake reviews. Check Better Business Bureau website. Pizza Hut has an “F” rating. They have not changed after all this time. Pizza Hut will not refund and hold your money hostage. I don’t know why this place is not shut down with all the bad reviews. Not lying order a pizza plus other items at 6:40pm and paid $50 with $8+ delivery tip. Order never arrived. I called and they apologized saying the driver forgot my order and will dispatch a different driver. My order is still not here and I live 7 minutes away which 25 minutes has already passed.

This is the worst pizza hut ever. I spent over $50 on my order just to get cold pizza and a raw stuff crust pizza. And then when I try to contact the store I was placed on hold only to be hung up on. I then called again and I was stuck on hold again and no one ever picked up. This is so upsetting when you spend your hard earned money somewhere and all you get is garbage. Never again! Don’t waste your time. Domino’s is across the street!
