I received an Uncooked pizza and an uncooked set of breadsticks all because they were trying to make up for falling behind. I ordered ahead of time and also gave them some time before I head over to pickup from the store but they still did not have my order. I went inside and the cashier told me 5 more minutes, those 5 minutes turned into 30 more minutes and when I went back inside I saw them package the pizza. When I got home it was completely raw with the dough being uncooked and just super nasty. I will never go back. These people are playing with health department standards they should really just get sued.

Cold and terrible pizza!! The pizza was cut in uneven pieces. The mozzarella sticks were soggy. I tipped in person not in app so that explains why my food was handled so poorly. The only good thing about my order was the 2 liter and the ranch.

Was givin out of date menus to order from, kitchen looks like it does not pass a health inspection at all at all, and not to mention we never got our order, took way too long and we couldn’t wait anymore. Asked for a refund, was told that was not possible. And a complaint would be generated and we would be called. Pathetic. Can’t just give back the cash we played with? Man forget this pizza hut location.

Firstly I ordered with a 10$ credit on my order then apparently No one at work told him or have it say on the ticket that 10$ credit is supposed to be taken off the ticket.he gets Here and he calls all of his workers phones multiple times even the managers but no one picks up we were outside for more then 30 minutes. I still didn’t get my pizza for my sisters birthday & the driver went home mad

Walked in and waited at the counter without being acknowledged by any employees. There was one person literally in front of me and did not greet or even say a word but instead turned around and ignored me. “Awesome Customer Service ” is clearly not part of their training. Employees here need to have a team meeting and go over the basics if not more. Onto the food, the pizza was a pizza, it looked like one and wasn’t burnt from a past experience. The boneless chicken wings was the complete opposite. In a pretty decent-sized container, there was one piece that looked like it was bitten into and the rest just looked.. sad, to say the least. Also not sure if it was an ingredient or a sanitation thing, but something definitely didn’t sit well for my stomach.. Not sure what to say other then for this location to put in more care for their food and customer service. More training in general. Wash those hands too!

My pepperoni lovers pizza had very little cheese. I could see the bread underneath it. We waited over an hour for 2 specialty pizzas because they forgot to make the pizza. I spoke to the manager(Joe) and he said I could keep that pizza and he would make a new one. So our family had to watch the other family members eat while we waited for the rest of the food. The manager (Joe) didnt seemed concerned and just said for us to wait more or what. Our wing order order was short and miscounted as well. The server was very friendly and attentive. Poor management.
