overall, I paid about 60 bucks considering that they have tables and chairs. I thought we can sit but we didn’t feel very welcome. Food was great. Everything was made to order. The table was sticky. The floor was sticky. the staff wasn’t friendly won’t be dining in. There had to be like 7/8 employees back there and only one was genuinely nice.

I ordered pizza cause i had the flu and couldn’t go out. First the pizza order was late, Second the pizza was burnt, so I couldn’t make it to the store i called. They was gonna replace it my kiddos had to be in bed by 9. So i took store credit, so yesterday 2/24/23 I ordered same thing used store credit same thing pizza was burnt and the kids said mommy its okay we hungry so they ate it. Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza stop but yall have to do better

I ordered a pizza for delivery and was charged, but the pizza never came!!! After calling customer service, I was assured they would make it right as the customer service rep said she would pass the information on. That I would hear back soon. No one got back in contact with me, but thankfully I checked my account and it was credited back. Some form of contact would have been nice, being as we waited on a pizza that never came!

I recommend finding the closest Pizza Hut near your home and ordering over the phone…then pick it up in store. This is so you don’t get charged more to have it delivered by a 3rd party. Most people are being charged double through a delivery service, as well as a delivery fee, no tip included and the company outsources for the delivery. The food has been and always will be great but the company should rethink the charge options they pass on to the customer…if you follow the above directions you can definitely save more time and money…and if it is close to you, it’s also convenience. Plus you still get great food.

My wife and I walked around 5 pm Friday. It took about 5 minutes before someone said we could set anywhere in the restaurant. We were literally the only customers in the place. We sat down close to the register and waited and waited. No one came to our table. After about 5 long minutes, we got up and left, and no one even acknowledged us on the way out. We ended up across the street at Bush’s Chicken for dinner.

Ordered online. Chose curbside pick up. Email said to click on “I’m here”. When I did, it made me call. I called at 10 pm. She told me they would be right out. At 10:24 we were still waiting. I called again and she told me sorry for delay and they would be right out. 5 minutes later still no one so my husband went inside. He was then told they didn’t have curbside. Then why weren’t we told that when we called to check in. And if you didn’t offer it, it shouldn’t be an option when ordering online. Our pizza was cold. We won’t be returning.

Manager is worthless!! Has no customer service experience…I ordered LG 1-topping (pepperoni) pizza and got just a cheese..he said “ooh yeah that happens online and it will.default back to cheese” knowing this..why didnt he call me just to inform me to ensure my order is correct…he said he’s short staffed and he only ONE manager he can’t do everything “

First time coming to this Pizza Hut, the young lady at the register was very nice an pleasant the downside was the pizza itself was horrible. I got a surpreme pizza that was under cooked and had no flavor what so ever.
