It’s not often we have issues with this pizza hut, today we had an issue and were unsatisfied with the pizza we first received was dry and hard to chew, we called the store if anything could be done and they obliged. They replaced our pizza free of charge to ensure our satisfaction. The pizza received the second time was 100% what we expect of this pizza hut location. This will keep being our preferred pizza hut location!

Make sure the food especially pizza is made from fresh same day dough not from the night before without diluting the pizza sauce. Mcpherson pizza hut is the worst pizza hut ever. Pizza always taste way different than any other pizza huts. We have to order pizza hut from further locations just to get the real pizza hut experience.

I wish i could have gotten the guys name that served us. He was great! He was engaging and very “whatever you need.” He had to be in his 20s or so. Made the biggest salad. I wish i owned a business because he’d be great to have. It was 6 i was sad that they dont have fresh brewed tea anymore.

Pizza crust was under cooked. The pizza had 8 slices. Three people had 1 slice but did not finish the slice. We were STILL charged the pizza but with a discount. Why? Because according to the manager it counts as eating half the pizza

Today I tried “The Edge” pizza. I ordered a large with extra cheese, extra pepperoni, and extra italian sausage…that’s it. THIS WAS ONE OF THE TOP 5 PIZZAS I’VE EATEN IN MY LIFE!!! The thin crust had a slight crunch to it, the toppings were plentiful, and there was some kind of Italian seasoning sprinkled on top. It was DELICIOUS!!! I really hope Pizza Hut doesn’t take this pizza away, because it is now my family’s favorite.

Firstly, this review is not just specifically for this location, but for Pizza Hut in general. I cannot believe how much the quality of this restaurant has fallen. The prices are outrageous and the food isn’t anywhere near as good as it has been in the past. And apparently the have farmed out their phone service to the middle east. The last 3 times I’ve attempted to call any Pizza Hut, I’ve been forwarded to a service center where English is not their first language. Today I just tried to find out what time the buffet closes, after being transferred twice I gave up. Shame on you Pizza Hut. This is an American institution, or was!
