First off in all my years of ordering pizza, I’ve never had this big of a problem with delivery. I ordered my pizza at 1210pm and was told delivery time 45 minutes. At around 1:20pm, over an hour later, I called back to check the status of my delivery and was transferred to the store and got a busy signal and was disconnected. I did this 4 more times in a row, same result. On the 5th call I asked for a manager and by this time it was an hour and a half since I placed the order. She told me it was out for delivery and they were busy. No offer was made about my meal being free or any compensation just an apology. About 10 minutes later, the driver finally shows up at 1:45pm with my food. NOT HAPPY!! The tip was even included in the price. Not sure if I’ll order from here again. In the past they have been good with delivery time, but NOT today!! I understand they were busy, but a courtesy call or some kind of compensation would have been nice.

Normally, I love Pizza Hut. But I tried to order on the phone app for the first time and didn’t do it correctly. I didn’t know that until I got there and had to wait 5+ mins before anyone walked up front when I was told my order didn’t go through. Which is ok because it was my mistake, but then the clerk just turned around and walked off without asking if I wanted to place an order. I waited a few more mins, waiting to see if she would come back. She didn’t, so I went to Little Ceasars.

I called ahead 15 mins for the order and was expecting fresh pizza when I got to store 10 mins later I thought I was getting fresh Pizza. When I picked up Pizza at store and went home the Pizza looked like it was combined with others and was sitting there for over 2 hours. Additionally, they did not even cut the pizza slices correctly.

Messed up on my order and when we called they were supposed to deliver a free pizza since they had canceled my last order but it never came. This is the worst experience I have ever had! They debited my account and then cancelled my order. When I tried to call back to get status they had already closed. Will definitely report them to the Better Business.

Ordered delivery today, The Big New Yorker, nothing big about it, and I should know I’m born n raised in NY. This so called pizza was not even hot at all, more cold than warm, and it was burnt. Had do you get away with sending something like that to your customers!! I definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut at all!!! Disgusting!!!

Stopped by the Boerne location to grab lunch and the female store manager I believe her name was Brittany was extremely rude with me when I went to place my order. All i wanted was a 12 piece wing(bone-in). She acted like I was causing a major inconvenience and had a horrible attitude. All the while this was going on she was rude to her employees and talking down to them. I have no desire to grace this store with my presence. I dont know what happened to the previous manager BUT PLEASE bring that young man back.

We went for my nephew’s birthday, we came in around 1pm. There were no menus, the floors were filthy, it was hard to find clean seating and the staff were arguing loudly. We were the only customers but we were treated like they were very busy and didn’t have time .
