I love pizza hut but I had a bad experience one day. I ordered some food for my lunch break & the delivery guy just left my food with someone else at the front desk & I was never notified he was here or anything. When I realized the time, I walked inside to ask questions & found my food cold as can be sitting on the counter. I called & spoke with Donna she seemed helpful at the time & said she will resolve the issue with store credit. I tried to use the credit the next day or 2 & spoke with Jaimie & she specified my credit was on a different number& I would have to change my number on the account. She was rude & had a attitude towards me. She was not helpful at all! Decided to see if maybe I can try today & I spoke with Gracie & she was very nice & helpful. She listened & resolved the problem in seconds & took my order with no hesitation. She is the main reason I’m giving this rating. Thanks for the satisfaction!
