Guy took order nice friendly. I am staying at hotel. Driver pulls up call says she will bring it to front desk safety reason…. um go to front desk then she made me come out parking lot to car…I was not happy at that point. If she was worried about safety me coming to car in parking lot shot that all to hell. Then my food looked like it rode upside down. Never ever have I had to come to car, dang if I was going to do that I should have drove to store ordered there .

Ordered and paid for my large salad around 6:30 pm and got a table. Over 30 minutes later, I noticed people that had come in 10 to 20 minutes later getting their orders delivered to their tables. I got a young lady’s attention and showed her my receipt. She apologized and left to see about salad. After waiting 30 plus minutes for my salad, it took 83 seconds to put my salad together and bring it to me. I left. 45 minutes later I sat down to enjoy my salad minus the Canadian bacon and pepperoni that wasn’t on it? There’s a moral to this story, has to be.

Hearne Pizza Hut never disappoints. I’ve lived in the area for almost 5 years and my order is almost always hot, fresh, and correct. Staff are usually friendly and quick.

Ordered online…called to make sure they understood my order…spoke with manager about all the extras I ordered that I usually don’t get. Her reply was…”If I have time I’ll go back and make sure they make it right.” Anyway, I get there and ask if she was able to get back there and she said she wasn’t’ because it was super busy. No…I was the only one standing in line up front. Anyway, she said the guy cooking was the best they had and he would make it correctly. Long story short…paid $29 for a pizza that was $15…for the extra toppings and got none of them…looked like it was a frozen pizza. Won’t go there again. Pretty poor management and customer service.
