i had placed a online order. and got there at 11:56. doors were locked. closed at 12. there were about 6 people waiting for there order. and a couple of doordash drivers!!! they did not once open the door just keep looking the door.

The general manager of the Pizza Hut nearest my location is discriminatory towards those of us in black communities. Though DoorDash partners with Pizza Hut to deliver to addresses they don’t feel comfortable, the general manager refuses to lift a finger to service us customers in these areas. I’ve called corporate twice, and he lied to the customer service rep saying that DoorDash won’t accept the orders, but he told me that Pizza Hut no longer uses DoorDash. Pizza Hut is losing money and credibility in communities that wish to be served. Do we not deserve decency? I’m so disappointed.

I placed an online order. I ended up getting the $7.99 each: 2 medium 1 topping, one was a Thin ‘N’ Crispy crust with creamy garlic parm and the other Italian sausage. Besides having a hard time finding a parking spot, because of the construction going on. The inside was clean , the service was smiley and fast. Overall the pizza was delicious and hot on the spot.

The Pizza was good but arrived cold. I needed to microwave it to warm it up. I was in a hotel, not knowing how clean the glass in the microwave i had no choice but to use it. Please consider adding a button for out of town guests to notify they are in a hotel and need paper plates and napkins. Thanks!
