I order from here all the time, both delivery and carryout. My pizza has always been so good! It’s always cooked perfectly. It wasn’t until this past weekend that I had an issue with my delivery. I understand the labor shortage so although the online delivery time was wrong, I wasn’t too upset about my order taking longer than expected to be delivered. I was upset that my pizza and wings were over cooked and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didn’t want to call the store to complain so I just did the survey they always email and sent my complaints through there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a credit of what I spent that night. It was my first time having an issue out of the 4+ years that I’ve been a customer here so I’m grateful and really appreciative of the customer service, thank you!!

Had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front because they were blast music so loud they didn’t hear the door! I left out to get my phone and called the store 3 times and of course no one answered because the music was too loud!

I ordered online and asked for it to be left at the door. The driver proceeded to bang not knock but bang on the door and ring the doorbell my son asked him several times to leave it at the door I asked him through the ring camera to leave it at the door the driver then left back to his car with the pizza my son had to come out to get the pizza and this man REFUSED to give him the pizza without a tip he kept telling him not even two dollars where’s my tip when I called the manager Jeff while he was actually very nice I don’t feel like this is going to be resolved this man is gonna do this to some again I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

You definitely need to look into the staff that works at that location. I completely my order online to pay in person. When I went into the store to pick up my order it took 5 minutes for someone to come out even though an employee was sitting in the lobby. When I was charged I noticed the charge was 5 dollars more. After I payed I checked on line that the price was the original 21 and some change. The lady tried yelling me the extra charge was because I used my card. I told her I want to see the statement and she went to get the manager. That took 7 minutes for him to come out. Then told me I was charged for a 2 liter. The lady that charged me told me it was because of using my debit card. I strongly believe this isn’t the first the this cashier has done this to customers. Especially since this is a Latino based area so people are getting scammed not knowing better at this store.

I even said I’d give this one a bad review. My mother in law ordered us a dinner box, but we had to pick it up. We went to get it and originally waited 30 mins. Then they got the order wrong and kept us waiting. We waited for over an hour. They did give us free breadsticks, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks.
