Not sure if this is a general Pizza Hut issue as I avoided the one near Katy mills after 2 horrible experiences. This location one cheese pizza box was burnt while the other supreme pizza tasted uncooked with the cheese and toppings. I’m just confused! My kids were complaining all night. I complained in my own head at the rubbish with no taste that I was eating.

Lovey people, quick and delicious food. Only thing I don’t like about the place is that there’s no place to dine-in. Which is barely even a problem considering pizza is better enjoyed at home with friends and family.

I just have to say that the manager who was in the store to greet me tonight (around 12:30am) was so nice and accommodating. At first there was a coupon issue, which he cleared up immediately, and at the end of the day, the mistake was on my part, which he didn’t point out, I realized it immediately. Really nice customer service, not to be taken advantage of, which I’ve noticed happens in these parts sometimes. Great restaurant. My pizza was so hot and melty. Literally the best pizza I have ever had from this location tonight. Management on point.

Always always always under cooked. I had to returned my pizza because the crust was super light and the toppings were NOT done. I even requested “well done” and it was still was not cooked properly. Very disappointing especially since this was NOT the first time.

Please make sure you check your bank account they will tip they self are change your tip to what they want and if you call the manager does nothing but say it takes him 6/7 hours to check the receipt and if he finds the receipt then he can give you a refund
