This Pizza Hut is inconsistent. I’ve been here a few times and sometimes the pizzas are really good and other times they suck. The most recent time my order was wrong and the pizza was burnt

I’m beyond irritated. We’re having a sleepover and I ordered food at 9 pm because the kids were hungry last minute. 2.5 hours ago I ordered food from Pizza Hut. An hour ago they called me and said They were out of something. My food would be here at 11:08 is now 11:45. I called the store asking what’s going on and the girl hung up on me.

I like Pizza Hut better than Dominos but the last few times I tried to order from this Pizza Hut they weren’t delivering and 4 out of 5 times they’re out of pizza rolls and a bunch of other stuff. I just want pizza rolls. Why is this so hard? If you keep selling out, buy more. And what Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver? I watched Dominos delivery cars flying out of their store while I picked up my Pizza Hut pizza. This location can do way better. I will happily change my 2 stars to 5 once this place is managed better.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Paid for my food over the phone, account was charged. The ghetto delivery girl said I owed her for the pizza. She called her manager, Savannah, and she was on speaker cussing me saying is I didn’t pay her she was calling the cops. Told her to call them and told the delivery to get off my property, with the food. Called back to the store only to get threatened once again and hung up on. Called back and another young lady answered the phone, Frankie, super nice and helpful. She’s was told she would get fired for talking to me. I will be pressing theft charges on Savannah for this.

They went above and beyond for us. Accidentally placed the order for carry out. They changed it to delivery and brought it quickly. And it was for my son’s birthday and they drew a big Godzilla on the box for them. They even called back to get his name so they could write happy birthday for him. Very impressed with them and they made my boy’s day!

One pizza not cooked completely and the other one was overloaded with sauce with very little toppings. The second pizza was thrown away. Cookie was dried out and was thrown away, also did not receive everything ordered.

We spent $80.00 on pizza today and found a hair in our pizza. And we usually buy pizza at least once a week for the kids. But on this order; we called the manager Savannah to let her know that we where upset and that no one wanted to eat any more pizza that we had purchased because of the hair. Now we have a bunch of pizza we spend $80.00 on that now will go in the trash. All she told us was “ok sorry “, the way she responded was unprofessional. We where a loyal customer that spend money 2-3 times a month on pizza. Pizza Hut was the closest place that delivered to our house in Rosehill, Tx. But, they just opened a Marcos pizza by our house down the street. Because of the way the manger handled the situation we will now start order from Marcos instead of Pizza Hut. We are so disappointed
