They never seem to have a delivery driver. I ordered tonight and they didn’t even give a reason as to why they weren’t delivering. When I asked why I was hung up on. I called back to ask for a refund and to speak to the manager to have some guy tell me he was going to knock out my teeth for asking for a refund. I really hope the owner doesn’t condone this behavior. Will be filing a complaint directly to the owner in the morning. The guy who threatened to beat me up should prepare to lose his job.

AT 5:28 PM i ORDERED A PIZZA AND SOME WINGS FROM PIZZA HUT, IT WAS DELIEVERED IN 20 MINUTES…. I GAVE THE DRIVER A 50 TO PAY FOR MY MEAL, AND SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDNT HAVE CHANGE FOR A 50, MY ORDER WAS $23.51. INSTEAD OF LEAVING THE PIZZA WITH ME, SHE TOOK MY PIZZA BACK TO THE STORE, GOT CHANGE, AND DROVE MY PIZZA ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY HOUSE, WITHOUT REMAKING IT, MEANING SHE GAVE ME A COLD PIZZA. I CALLED PIZZA HUT AND SPOKE TO A MAN, AND HE SAID SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE PIZZA WITH ME, AND REMAKE IT, BUT HE SAID WHEN SHE CAME IN THE STORE, SHE ONLY ASKED FOR CHANGE, AND LEFT.. THEN WHEN SHE CAME BACK TO GIVE ME THE PIZZA, SHE MADE THE EXCUSE THAT SHE HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS, SO SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO MAKE ME ANOTHER PIZZA. BASICALLY SHE WAS TELING ME SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO WORRY ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE WAS WORRIED ABOUT GETTING THE NEXT ORDER TO THE NEXT HOUSE… I RECORDED BOTH CONVERSATIONS AND VIDEOD THE WHOLE ORDEAL. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN THE GUY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME DID I WANT HIM TO REMAKE IT…. YEAH YOU ASKED ME DID I WANT IT REMADE AFTER THAT FACT THAT YALL GAVE ME A COLD PIZZA. I EVEN TOOK A PICTURE OF THE PIZZA. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER, AND HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I AM GOING TO GIVE A REVIEW FOR THIS BECAUSE I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD COME FIRST, NOT TRYING TO FILL ORDERES AS FAST AS YOU CAN. The people and service were both very good. The staff was very polite but the new Edge pizza was most likely the worst pizza we have ever had anywhere. I do hope that is taken off the menu. We will stick to the old standards from now on. Thanks.

order was wrong…again. ordered extra toppings and barely got any. They forgot to put sauce on one pizza and the other was cold and dried out like it was two days old.I spent $51 dollars for the worst pizza ever. I complained to night manager who said store manager would call me back. Never got the call.
