Little Cesars would even be better. What a joke. They really need to get it together. Very unorganized in the store and online. Don’t call the store because they won’t answer. I was informed that my pizza was enroute and then after waiting for 45 minutes I tried calling the store since their online system said my pizza was delivered. The location is 8 minutes from my house. No answer after several attempts over a span of 15 minutes. Came to the store and they informed me it just left 10 minutes ago. He also said they only have 1 delivery driver but I saw two here. All of this is after 1 hour and 20 minutes after placing my order for 4 personal pan pizzas. Pick up only if you feel you need it. Update: Came home to VERY DRY pizza. It must have sat in the warmer all of that time. Disgusting.

The last 3 times I have ordered for delivery I’ve received a phone call saying they only have 1 driver and delivery will be over an hour. The manager refuses to recruit more drivers despite them being unable to handle deliveries efficiently. Reported them to the main customer service number – let’s see if it makes any difference – if not then I’ll be switching to another pizza chain.

Two roaches in the carryout area. I did not initially write this review because I immediately called Pizza Hut customer service the night of June 3, 2023. She reassured me that it was unacceptable to see two roaches as I waited to pick up my pizza. She understood my concern about the state of the kitchen, so I threw out my pizza. If an empty customer pick-up area in the front has roaches, imagine the kitchen where all the food is. I was told that I would be contacted in the next week. I have not been contacted nor have I received a refund. Therefore, I am writing this review because if they don’t care enough to make it right, I can guarantee that they don’t care enough to do something about the sanitation and roaches in their store.

Pizza came out quick. Staff awesome/polite. Only complaint I have for this place, the store is insanely hot. I walked in to order pizza for my kids and it felt worse inside than outside(105 degrees). We felt really bad for the employees working there. Owner if you read any reviews, maybe you should fix this.

When I tell you I hate ordering at this location but I’m pregnant and wanted Pizza Hut I took a chance and BABY TRINIDAD MADE MY DAMN DAY!!! That pizza was beautiful wasn’t burnt or nothing I had to call her and thank her because normally it is HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY the manager lady they have but again thanks Trin for the great pizza!!!! So good couldn’t even wait for a picture lol

I work overnight as security and have to get food prior to getting on location. I never thought I would have to check my order at Pizza Hut???? Like how do you miss what type of crust you are supposed to use? Will never go to this Pizza Hut again. Also do not recommend, since I ordered online 30 mini before arriving and they are not capable of making orders correct. Might not seem like a big deal but a Pan pizza is way more filling during a 13 hour shift… Do better Pizza Hut.

this is the worst pizza hut on the planet, I wish that one time that I order something from here it would be correct. It is a waste of time and absurd to continue trying, I made an order of 10 pizzas for my son’s birthday, I called to confirm the order, they told me that there was no order in my name and 10 minutes later the delivery man appeared with the pizzas, and then they charged it twice. Today I ordered a bacon pizza, my mistake was not checking, I got home and it was a simple cheese pizza, so I called to complain and my husband went to get the pizza that corresponded to us and they delivered us a pizza that is disgusting in a very bad way and we don’t even know what it is. It’s totally ridiculous. Who is in charge of this place?

Worst pizza ever at this location. Pizza was undercooked. Also ordered an 8 piece boneless wing and only 1 piece actually had chicken. The were just tiny pieces of breading. $42 bucks for inedible pizza!!!! Tried to leave a survey and receipt has no survey code. I want a refund!

This Pizza Hut is terrible. They usually only have 1 driver, so the order takes forever. They also don’t offer contactless delivery, even though the App states that you can do contactless delivery. Who still requires a signature for payments? No one except this Pizza Hut, that’s who.
