The last few times, my order has been delivered anywhere from 20-40 minutes after the quoted time. It seems they aren’t hiring enough drivers and they utilize door dash instead. I wouldn’t complain if the food was actually delivered to me hot. It’s no excuse, especially considering I less than 10 minutes from the location. I really hope something can be done to address it.

My garlic parmesan wing were literally swimming in oil, I had to sit them on paper towels! My personal pan pizza was made very sloppily & barley had any toppings. This was a DoorDash delivery, but I can’t even be mad because when I go in person the employees are very dry & unprofessional, the restaurant always has this wet water/mildewy type of smell, the workers don’t even look clean themselves & did I mention they’re unprofessional and sometimes rude ?! This place’s employee retention rate has to be horrible because it’s always new workers.

Train To Be A Freak
I made an order at 3:00 PM and it didnt get delivered until after 5:00 PM. I got a text saying it was “on the way” over an hour before it got here. I live 3 miles from the restaurant. To add onto everything the pizza had absolutrly no sauce on it and was paper thin. I called to get a refund after paying for delivery and they told me i needed to bring the pizza to the store to get a refund. THIS PLACE IS SUCH A JOKE!!!!!!!

They have mostly 1 star reviews for a reason. I picked up a carry out and got home to food like this. This picture doesn’t even include the old pizza they served me. To make things better I went in for a refund and TARA the manager on staff did not greet me, apologize to me or even offer to fix it. All I got was a attitude as if I did something to her. This is my last time ordering from here, do better. It’s completely selfish to serve someone burnt, old and sauce-less food. Smh

Don’t order from here unless you like to be disappointed. Ordered thin crust and instead get soggy, floppy and soaked in so much grease that it was dripping out of the box. They didn’t even deliver the sauces I paid for. They won’t do anything about it. You call and get put on hold and no one comes to help.

As you can see in the picture. I ordered 33$ worth of food. The main item was supposed to be a “hand tossed”. I received a thin crust. This isn’t the first tim. That something has been wrong with my order. Out of 5 times ordering 4 have been bad or something wrong. My first job in Texas was at Pizza hut. So I love the company. But the service and food at this location is horrible. They should really consider hiring all new staff.

I recently ordered a pizza and a Pepsi. I have always loved their pizzas but they used a delivery service and when she got here she said I didn’t owe anything but I gave her the cash because I had not used a credit card. I hope she gave the money to Pizza Hut! Also the driver gave me a business card advertising her own “senior care “ business. I didn’t appreciate her trying to solicit my business! Pizza Hut should not use her again!
