Called this location for a delivery, and simply replied at 2;23pm on a Saturday understanding may wait 45 min to an hour… but was simply told.. NOPE WE ARE NOT DELIVERING AT THIS TIME.. maybe I’m just confused to all of us being forced to check ourselves out and go pick it up yourself, pump our own gas. That last part should give you my age.. we Never pumped our own gas.. that was part of the service..check your oil and topped your fluids… I REFUSE to check myself out anymore.. I DONT FREAKING WORK HERE..

HORRIBLE!! Waited 2 hours and never got my pizza. It’s now been a month and I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND! I’ve called no less than 6 times to the customer service and all I get is the run around from both them and the store. If zero stars was an option that’s what they’d get.

underwhelmed; this location consistently delivers late and when I contacted them this last time, when the order took twice as long, they explained the website doesn’t estimate time very well. They no longer offer bone-in wings anymore so they might as well change their logo from “Wing Street” to Crappy Chicken Nugget Street. Pizza Hut used to be a higher quality pizza a service but this location has caught me up, they are no longer.

this pizza hut location stays being so not worth it. the food is ok but the order is always wrong and messed up in some way. i prefer pizza hut, but if my daughters didn’t request every now and then i’d stick with dominoes.

Pizza was supposed to be delivered around 8:00 pm. I received a text message from the app saying the driver had left with our pizza. 25 minutes later, I called the store and spoke to David, who said he was the manager. He said my pizza would arrive in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I called back and he said it should be delivered any minute. I told him if the pizza was cold, I wanted a refund and would not accept the pizza. He hung up. About 5 minutes later, the pizza was delivered (left outside my door before I could get to the door). I opened the pizza, which of course was cold. The manager David called me back and said that since I accepted delivery, there would be no refund. I told him that the pizza was cold and I could not reject the delivery as the driver left and that they could come back and get their pizza. He hung up. I ended up throwing the pizza away and ordered from Dominos. I will call my credit card company and have them refuse the charge. Horrible service!

The first time I discovered this location, I was so happy! I can go grocery shopping, order by phone and pickup in the same parking lot.” No problems.” As time goes on, I would place my order for delivery, e.s.t. they give, it started getting later and later. And then, they started forgetting that I ordered. That was the last straw! So, I decided to take my business elsewhere. (To their competitors) I still visit occasionally.

I had placed an order at 6:47…waited an hr and a half for it to get here so i called first two times they would answer and then hang up….third time the guy answered all rude tells me to hold on….waiting on phone for 10 minutes finally someone answers all they tell is if i want a refund or remade….like tf!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. Says online my delivery should be here around 4:50pm and it is 5:30 pm and still waiting for pizza. Called to complain and get refund , they claim they don’t do refunds. Save your troubles and order from another Pizza Hut. TRASH.
