Affordable Fades
Received the wrong order on a delivery. Attempted to contact the store repeatedly but was always transferred to an off-site location where they could not help the next day I caught a flight to Dallas and whenever I came back to the city I had to actually go into the store because they would not answer the phone. Once I was there I was told that because I didn’t have the pizza with me that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely garbage they do not answer the phone at all. It was funny too cuz whenever I arrived at the location I attempted to call them before going into the store because I didn’t want to have an argument or confrontation. There were three employees outside smoking! The whole time I was trying to call but they were too busy to answer the phone. When it boils down to this is the GM is responsible for training these people he needs to be replaced from what I hear his name is Timothy and read the reviews about this monster. Deplorable the owner of this store made a bad decision going with this guy. Read your reviews on her this guy drives away all of your business it is 5 in the afternoon on a weekday and the store should have a lot of business as it is a dine-in if you go to the Pizza Hut in Porter Texas it is packed if you go to the Pizza Hut in spring is packed your location stands empty nobody in the parking lot except for these poorly-trained horrible customer service Representatives. By the way the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

This has to be my favorite location thus far. I would have given them 5 stars but my order was wrong this time and this is the third time I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and it’s a car literally sitting at the window the entire time while their order is being made. I had to call inside to ask them to move the car out of the line so the rest of us could move up!! This is a big inconvenience and I hope someone can fix this issue asap. Other than that good location!!
