I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas for pickup. They told me it would be ready in 20 min. I got my order 40 min later and the meatlovers was burnt. That doesn’t surprise me considering there was an employee just walking around like he was lost and the lady at the front counter kept going over to grab pizzas from the oven. This was the worst experience I have had at this location

Sometimes it’s really really good but past few times I’ve ordered it’s been late an I get a text saying it’s on it’s way an I dont get for 30 -40min an I live 5min dwn road. I know they use their hot bags but the pizza is cold an nasty by time I get it an we always spend about $50 are more just for pizza are wings but guess we will have to start going else where.

What a terrible experience. I just spent $97 and gave a $15 tip for a pickup order, and when I came in I am told that they charge extra for cheese and red pepper. Really?! Okay. I cannot wait until Marco’s opens across the street and puts this greedy place out of business. I will never eat another Pizza Hut pizza again. They’re not the same place I grew up loving so much.

HORRIBLE! I will never be going back to this location. I made an order using curbside pickup, and when I arrive I cant find parking in any of the designated curbside parking spots. As Im looking for a spot to park nearby, I see the delivery boy walking to his car which is parked in the curbside parking spot and I kindly remind him that the spot is for curbside pickup, in which he gives me a long stare and replies “AND??” I tell him I don’t have anywhere to park because of him, and he again replies “AND” then gives me one of those long blinks with an attitutde. This unpleasant experience completely ruined my appetite and upset me. I will not be returning my business knowing that they employ such rude and nasty employees. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place is so lazy. Every time there is a deal, they always mark ‘not available’ on the app but yet you can order it separately at full price just fine. They have way too much control on how they lazily run this store. They are always ‘out’ of most things on the menu so we get lucky if we can even order what we want. Half the time when we successfully order it’s typically late or luke warm. They either need to shut down or need a new owner/operating manager to change the staff and control this place. It’s absolutely ridiculous they way they operate this location. We LOVE Pizza Hut and never had a single issue when we lived in conroe. Clearly it shows how unprofessional the Willis location is compared to other locations.
