I ordered on their app two large pizzas which I was told would be ready by 9:30. This was at 7 o’clock, so I was already going to have a late dinner. I show up at 9:30 for them to tell me that they canceled my order because they made it right away, and it sat into the warmer too long. They said they tried to call. However, I received no phone call. Terrible terrible customer service will never go back.

Love this location better than the others. I always do pick up with my order and when I get there in 15 minutes I have never had to wait. The staff there Steven, Kristin,Sarah and Jeremiah are very friendly and have givin me great customer service from day 1. Well done guys….

Love this Pizza Hut so close to home the GM there is awesome I believe her name is Elizabeth? Super polite gave me some coupons when I asked about deals she gave me a couple of options I’ve asked other times that wasn’t her and they weren’t as knowledgeable of course her title. But overall never had any issues pizza is always right and employees have a good attitude it seems like they enjoy working there! Great atmosphere

This is the worst pizza hut I’ve ever delt with! Constantly messing up orders and terrible staff. So bad in fact a delivery driver tried to start a fight because He forgot the soda with our togo order in front of children no less. No class I will no longer ever order from pizza hut again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I was so happy to finally have a pizza place close enough to us to have delivery. Placed our order online on the web-page at 5:46 pm to be delivered at 7:30 pm. Pre-paid and everything looked good on the web page. It didn’t show up till 8:23 pm. Tried calling the store 5 different times to only get the automated recordings. Of course everything was stone cold and didn’t taste right for being almost an hour late and cold. The delivery guy was so apologetic and was as nice as he could be. Not sure if I want to order from this store again. Was totally disappointed.

Two hour wait for pizza delivery from a location that is less than 2 minutes from my house. Still no pizza yet. I called and they said the delivery driver couldn’t find the house that was due to be delivered before me. Horrible excuses, Horrible service. I will never order from this location again.

they do not honor coupons that are on their own website. I was trying to get a special for 5.99 which is an individual pizza and a drink and it kept charging me $10 instead of 5.99 called up there they said can’t honor it. Stick to Marcos better pizza and better service because they could done one time for customer

Made a mobile order, went to drive through to pick it up. I could clearly see 4 employees just standing around, acknowledging me, but never coming to the window to see what I needed.

I’ve never seen this store so dirty customer service was horrible there were like 5 people there last night and nobody looked up to even acknowledge I walked in the store. I ended up leaving overall not a good atmosphere. Not coming back
