Called ahead @7:20 & was told this location closes at 8pm Christmas Eve , 2 minutes later I placed an order online & I received 2 calls from them but both times they called they immediately ended the call before I could even answer even with my phone in my hand. I called back & was redirected to customer service where I was told my order had been cancelled for no reason. I drove ahead of my pickup schedule to see what really happened& when I arrived it seemed all the lights were off & they closed early 30 minutes before the time I was told in the first place.

October 16, 2022: Last time I ever come to this location. I am always disappointed by the taste of the pizza and now they ran out of pan pizza crust. The main reason my son and I like pizza hut is for their crust or else they taste worse than all the other places

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. This location messed up my previous order & told me I was getting credit on my next order. I make a new order online asking for my credit and would get redirected to the store location only to get a dead dial tone. Called over +10 for over and hour for an update on my order with no guidance. I literally had to drive up to the store location to make my complaint loud and clear. Never ordering again.
