The pizzas and cheese bread weren’t baked long enough. Totally raw dough in the center, and pizza was so limp it needed a blue pill. BUT the guy that answered the phone (although sounding young) was very polite, professional, and helpful before handing the phone to the manager who said she’d have them remade. Since pizza is inevitably made by (and consumed by) imperfect humans, I’ll still give a decent review. Cheers to the dude that clearly put effort in his customer service.

Quality has gone done within the last 2 years. Pizza was burn wing sauce tasted like they added tap water and cheap they must got the boneless wings from Walmart great value style. Then the lady who served me smelled really musty. I’m done with this location

This place is my highlight when I visit my mother. They haven’t failed me yet. Pizza is always hot and delicious!!! We receive our order via delivery and it’s always on time. Pizza Hut has been a family tradition for over 30 years if not longer. It’s the best pizza in Houston to me. I miss the buffets.

Had a large thin & crispy double cheese, pepperoni, beef, black olive, and jalapeño with the Hershey’s brownie. As a teenager I worked at three different Pizza Huts in the 70’s in the Baytown area. This particular one puts out good pizzas over 90% of the time. It is in a convenient location but the parking is quite limited. The staff is responsive and usually good. I’ve been eating here off and on for the past twenty years so it must be fairly good to keep my business. I recommend always getting double cheese on the thin and crispy versions. Their soft drink machine is frequently out of order so you might be offered a 20oz drink in a plastic bottle that you can take with you. The Hershey’s brownie was very good.

I love this Pizza hut; the pizza is delicious. I just have to leave a review though for the phone service. I was hung up on before I could finish placing my order. I know this is avery busy area but I too work in this area assisting in customer service. Let’s not be hasty when hearing cusotmer questions and concerns about Hut Rewards. I chose to call in because it was faster than ordering online. I was totally fine with dealing with the points later. Im just worried about the human dimension and personality behind serving customers in the area.

I ordered a pizza tonight and I’m very disappointed in what I got. I was supposed to have a THIN and CRISPY pizza cut into squares and what I got was a greasy and flimsy pizza that was not cut into squares. Half of it wasn’t cut at all! Why have us add special requests if you’re just going to ignore it and do what you want?! Never ordering from there again. I’d rather go to PaPa John’s.
