This was the first time I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut in a long time. I ordered through their app and when I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it by my name or phone number and then they asked if I had one number. It took me forever to find it in the app and the employee had no idea where to find it either. By the time I had the number, they had found my order. That was a little annoying, but the food definitely made up for it. I ordered a thin tomato and onion pizza and it was simply delicious, and seemed to have free extra cheese, too. I also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo which I also really enjoyed. The cheese bread and cinnamon bread, not so much. Overall though, I was happy with my choice for dinner that night. And even though they initially couldn’t locate my order, it was already there when I arrived, which was less than 10 minutes from the time I placed the order. I wish they had more coupons for smaller meals, as everything caters to families with the need for a lot of food. Overall, I recommend the location for quick, good take out.

There needs to be an option to choose whether delivered by Pizza Hut or Door Dash. Door Dash is always late and food is cold, sometimes delivery is the best option in the evening.. Attention to detail has also declined.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would. Aside from constant issues, the manager on tonight just could not care. I spent over 50.oo and got none of my special requests. After talking to the manager, couldn’t care less. Showed up to the store, the manager, Jenny, wouldn’t even talk to me. Just a disappointment.

Generally the food is right, but the drivers don’t respect the “contact less delivery” option. Sometimes I’m busy and can’t immediately get to the door and just want them to leave it at the door, but they’ll just stand there and wait until I get there. If I choose contact less delivery, just do that.

Delivery time is satisfactory. Pizza was hot but a little over cooked. Some burnt edges ,too crispy for me. The Pizza itself was good just not the crust. I’ll give them another try.

The food was cold, had to reheat in microwave. As much as Pizza Hut charge for their food, they can do better with keeping people food hot while being delivered. The only reason I ordered was because my husband likes the wings. They have a slogan that says ” No one Out Pizza’s The Hut ” News flash, Papa John’s does. I choose them over Pizza Hut any day.
