I’m leaving 3 stars because of Customer Service. The pizza was very good but the lady working the drive up window was TERRIBLE. When we drove up she was on a personal phone call. She saw us and proceeded to continue on the call. My husband finally honked at her and she turned around to look at us but then ignored us for 5 more minutes. When she finally hung up she came to the window and failed to even greet us ! I ordered our pizza at 6:57 pm and was told it w/b ready in 15 minutes. We arrived at 7:20 and drove off with our pizza at 7:39. Our pizza was already cold when we got home and we live 5 minutes away. The whole interaction with her made us feel like we were a bother ! I got news for her though, if it weren’t for our order she wouldn’t have a job. Pizza Hut, do better…hire better people that know & understand the meaning of customer service !!!

I love this location. I like my wings extra crispy and wet, and they never fail to make them exactly the way I like them. And with the pizza. My delivery location is outside of area, but it’s worth driving to here for better service and better food.

Made the pizzas incorrectly. When I called and asked if I could return it and get a refund I was cursed at and the hung up on. Jessica, the manager on duty, did nothing to resolve the issue and when I offered to bring the pizzas back she said they would call the cops on me if I tried to return the pizza. What a joke of an establishment.

I arrived at this location and Jessica the store manager was by herself. She was multitasking, working the drive thru window, answering phone orders, and walk in orders as well. She was slammed, and I was impressed with her professionalism, and attention to detail! For customer service is everything, and I definitely come back to that location.

0 stars! The WORST experience I have ever had with not just Pizza Hut, but a restaurant in general. I ordered a pizza at 7:00 PM, and they delivered two wrong pizzas. When we called, the woman on the other line had the worst attitude and told us her name was “Carter Sanchez” which I’m pretty sure was a lie and asked us “do we want our pizza or not” when I asked for a refund! She said our correct pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes, so after an hour I called back to ask where the pizza was, and this location ignored my calls! I called about 15 times and ALL OF THEM WERE IGNORED OR HUNG UP ON. What kind of business is this? TWO HOURS LATER at 10:45 PM a delivery man knocked on our door and delivered a pizza to us. And it was STILL THE INCORRECT ORDER. I’m still speechless. Three hours, not one correct pizza, terrible employees, and ownership and upper management couldn’t care less. Do NOT order at this location. Honestly, rethink about ordering Pizza Hut at all.
