I ordered on the phone, they couldn’t tell me how many people a medium would feed. I get home after spending 46.00 and they did not give me the pizza I ordered. I’m not driving back over there to correct it. If you’re a gambler, order from here. I work too hard for my money to not get a simple order correct

UPDATE:Great pizza and service.Nice to still have one place to sit down and eat Pizza Hut pizza!!! The Owner/ Manager Ryan is so nice.I think Pizza Hut needs to send him to other Pizza Huts in the Waco area to teach them how to do pizza right. There has never been a time we’ve been there that the food wasn’t fantastic and tasted like Pizza Hut Pizza should. Hewitt absolutely is the best one to go to in the Waco Area. Trust me, we’ve tried them all!!!

Update: Found out this girl’s name is Jasmine. The driver was cool and nice, but this manager Jasmine has no business in customer service. Fire her immediately. Pizza cold and stale. Just called to check on the status of my order and this woman -manager or supervisor- I guess seemed to have a huge attitude because I’m calling to ask after waiting over 25 minutes. She cuts me off, talks over me and I already prepaid and tip telling me she’s not going to have her drivers speed. I never once stated I wanted pizza drivers to drive fast or speed… I called to make sure everything was okay and to see what was going on. Customer service here was awful and I will NEVER purchase from Pizza Hut again. I will be taking a picture of my pizza as well and posting it, so when it gets here it better at least look good since I’ve been waiting over 1 hour for a large pizza.

AMANDA! was great! over the phone and was excellent with her customer service in person. The pizza is amazing. I most definitely recommend getting the Stuffed pizza after two slices I was full. 🙂
