They’ve always had our order correct. If you arrive to the drive thru and the oder is not ready yet, they’ll ask you to pull to the front. Make sure to go inside and check on it because we thought their protocol would be like any other drive thru where they bring it out to you. They don’t. That was my assumption, so not really a fault on them.

My pizza was dropped and this delivery driver delivered with a smile like nothing happened, when I paid for plus give him tip, is not good service; I would have preferred honesty “ma’am your pizza was dropped I will go back and get you another one” THAT IS GOOD SERVICE…. Beware…..Mediocre pizza, not the best and they tend to overcook the pizza sometimes due to trying to pop out pizzas fast. What was nasty is a saw a guy rubbing his nose then making the pizza I’ll never go again.

I ordered a chocolate chip cake today and the only time I didn’t check my order before driving off, I have an issue. We got home and realized the the chocolate chip cake was as hard as a rock that could shatter glass. I called the store, and Tyrek (?) Was kind enough to offer a remake or store credit. Despite having to drive back, the minor issue was fixed, and we enjoyed our nicely baked dessert Thank you!
