First and last experience with Gatesville’s Pizza Hut. Tried to call in an order and spent 15 minutes in an infinite loop of Pizza Hut commercials waiting for a local human to pick up the line. No joy.

Sticky eating utensils had to polish them up before using. Went to wash my hands, and there was no soap in mens room. Just a note saying, sorry out of order per manager. I believe that’s a health violation. Food was good so far. I would post a picture of the sign, but I’d have to touch the bent door and sliding latch. No thanks
