Horrible pizzas at the Denton, TX location off University! Our medium pizza was cut super uneven and barely any cheese only slices. The double pepporoni New Yorker was all over the box and barely had any Pepporoni and tastes terrible. It was cold when it arrived and the crust was hard. It looks like pizza that was in the fridge for 2 days. We ordered Pepsi Zero and they gave us Diet Pepsi. Super disappointed.

horrible service, waited 30 minutes for a cookie pizza that was only supposed to take ten minutes. then forgot the marinara sauce that came with our order that we also paid extra for. guess we will be enjoying dry breadsticks tonight.

Why do you have a special requests section if you dont want to follow it? It really isnt that hard to “cook wings in fryer twice”… You just push the wings button a second time when they are finished cooking

This Pizza Hut was great until recent new management. Waited 45 minutes for an app pickup order that said was ready, pizza was cold, little cheese and very dry. Called management but no return call. Will not order again. It’s a shame because it used to be consistently good.

This is the only Pizza Hut you should eat at. Pizzas are always good, the workers work hard! And my card actually declines at the one by my house. And the newer store has an underlying attitude problem and food goes bad quick. If those aren’t huge red flags then maybe their customers are.

Very disappointed in our Pizza Hut experience tonight. Tried to get a hold of the store at 275 w university for 45 minutes to let them know about a burned pizza we received. Never answered the phone so we had to order a replacement from another chain.

I have tried this Pizza Hut in the past and it wasn’t that good. I stayed away for a while, when I came back. The atmosphere was living and the personal that works there was great. I’ll keep ordering from this place from now on. The pizza and wings was hot and the cheese was great.

I ordered a large pizza and wings, I did it online so I didn’t realize or know I would have a 2 hour wait, until I looked at my receipt and it said 2 hours. I tried to call and see what the wait was for but nobody answered the phone.
