Overall experience at this location was excellent!!!! Went in for the meat lovers and pepperoni lovers pizza melts. Loved how it was crispy on top but soft on bottom and filled with cooked with perfection mouth watering ingredients. Also costumer services was great, as me and the family walked in we were greeted with a greeting of how are we doing and if we could be helped with anything. Loved how the general manager and management as well as staff decorated the store for Halloween . Enjoyed how we were able to take pictures with the Halloween props that they had for costumers as they waited for their order.

The customer service at this restaurant is truly pitiful. It is hit or miss to get good pizza here and if you call to complain the management staff will rudely blame you for their mistakes and refuse to do anything to retain your business. Pizza hut will never get another cent of my money due to their rudeness. There are plenty of other options. Try Mod Pizza, it’s in the same plaza, it’s cook to order, fast, delicious and they sell beer and wine. Don’t give this store your business until they get a new management staff who knows how to treat their customers.

Ordered my pizza and wings online and it said it would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. After an additional 25 minutes waiting at the restaurant I finally got my order. My pizza was warm not hot and my wings were hot but the wrong ones. It was amazing how many pizzas they had stacked all over the oven. A pizza would get done and they would toss it on top of the oven until they were ready to box it, which I’m sure is why it wasn’t hot. If you can’t keep up with the orders stop excepting them until you get caught up.

Pizza took over an hour to be delivered with a 25 minute estimate on order. Pie was not hot and the center was raw dough. Called the store to ask for help and the manager wouldn’t speak with me on the phone and told the other worker simply “we won’t help” . I don’t recommend ordering from this sub par pizza hut.
