I was being nice for giving one star! The worst buffet ever. Never changed the pizza. Same pizza for 40 minutes til me and family just left. Only 3 pizza on buffet with some dry bread sticks and cinna sticks. Poor service had to ask pasta. Dirty plates, I’ll just stop with rant now. Sorry Pizza Hut never again!

I purchased a pizza and wings on 8/24/23 and received my order WRONG!!!! I called the store and was hung up on 3 times. I then got in my car and went up to the store. I showed the young lady at the window my receipt and the pizza. She CONFIRMED the order was incorrect and took the pizza and wings from me. She then comes back to the window to inform me that Alex(the manager) said i had to come back tomorrow for a credit card refund. I informed her that we paid cash. ALEX then comes to the window to ARGUE with my boyfriend and I that he made the order correctly. While his employee is shaking her head NO. He then tells my boyfriend to SHUT UP and then closes the window. He never came back to the window to resolve the issue. I have NEVER experienced such hostile, rude and disgusting behavior from a manager in my entire life!! if Alex is the representation of pizza hut, then I am disappointed. The young lady at the window handled the situation BETTER than the manager. WHAT MANAGER ARGUES WITH A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY ARE WRONG? I took a picture of the pizza and i have my receipt. I will be taking this complaint to the highest manager to ensure that MANAGERS like ALEX stop giving the hospitality industry a BAD LOOK AND BAD REPRESENTATION OF A COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered pizza same Order within 4 to 5 days apart. The first order was great. All 3 pizza was cook to perfection, but my second order, the same 3 pizza, was not so. Especially the big new yorker all 3, really. There was no attention to detail one of the regular pizzas seem to have a different crust,the new yorker just didn’t taste the same as the first one I’m guessing the sauce had a factor in that. Being that I’m a cook myself, that attention to detail was missing. Gotta love what you’re doing to do it right every time.

I ordered the hot honey wings with my delivery order but never received them. When I called the store to ask that they remade, I was told they were too busy to remake them and could give me a credit on the app. I did not receive the credit for the price of the wings, so I paid for something that did not receive, and the restaurant did not seem to care.

We ordered pizza and 1.5 hrs later it still wasn’t here. 3 different door dash driver tried picking it up and it wasn’t ready. Then I received a text saying they canceled my order. Now it 2 hrs later and I have to re order it. What a joke. When we try calling they don’t even answer the phone. Absolutely the worst experience from. This location. We will never order pizza hut again.

I love ordering from this location. The pizza is always good and I love that they don’t skimp on cheese! The other locations near me barely add any cheese, leaving me to have to order extra and that’s now $2 – $3 depending on size of pizza. To me, this is just wrong.
