There was an issue with my order, not their fault, and I did not get what I wanted. The manager, or who I spoke with, was amazingly friendly and understanding. They gave me store credit and honored it with politeness. I was very pleased with everything on my next order, I could tell they went out of their way for it. I don’t think I could be more please with their service. Whoever is in charge at this location and mostly who I spoke to on the phone deserves a raise. They have my respect and business.

I had a bad experience at the Watauga location. I waited 45 min for my two large pizzas and the line for pickup was so long. 15 people waited to pick up one or two pizzas. As soon as I got home, one of the pizza was not cut properly, there were huge slices that could be three in one and the other pizza was super doughy in the middle. They can’t make pizza with a full staff of teenagers just to make two simple pepperoni pizzas. I regret tipping before I picked it up.

Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give negative stars, but had to give one. Ordered three (3) pizzas and only received one (1). The one pizza we received was half burnt. Called 15 times to talk to someone, never got anyone. The phone would ring, then just hang up. Finally called like I was going to order a pizza instead of calling about a previous order. Someone picked up and when I started telling them what was going on they hung up. They did this twice! Been ordering from here for a very long time. Will not be ordering from here again until they make it right and get their stuff straightened out. I can’t even get someone on the phone to get my money back for what we paid for. Ridiculous!

Ya’ll must think I am stupid. This is DISGUSTING and I knew something was off with my pizza the second I received it. PIZZA SHOULD NOT BE GRAY. I already contacted corporate with pictures. I had a small order, ordered an hour ahead and tipped over 15%.. disrespectful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

Pizza was really good! The issue I have is that we ordered wings and when the pizza arrived, the delivery driver said they were out of wings and they tried to contact me, I had no missed call or voicemail, I confirmed the correct number. When I called for a refund I was offered a 20$ credit???? The wings were 22$ plus the inconvenience of an incomplete order. Why would I accept that, I asked for a refund to my card and was told she wasn’t authorized to do refunds. How do you have a manager or shift lead without all of the authorization?? So she took my number and said someone would call me when they come in next. This is frustrating to say the least, especially since the person on the phone seemed annoyed that I asked for a refund to the full amount of wings at least and not a 20$ credit. Come on guys we’re good customers this is unacceptable.

They appeared overwhelmed. My pizza wasn’t ready and when it was, I was not satisfied. It barely had cheese. On a thin crust pizza. Needless to say, I get better pizzas from the store for the price.

Ordered a pizza on their site. Went to pick it up. Was told they had no record of my order. Their website sent it to another Pizza Hut 10 miles away. At least I didn’t pay online. Ended up at a local pizza place. Which is what I should have done in the first place.

Absolutely perfect pizza. My favorite is what I call Chicken Alfredo. Pan garlic parmesan sauce with chicken. You can easily add on additional preferences. BBQ Chicken is my second fave. Third is thin crust pepperoni lovers for light days.
