I’m sorry, but y’all need help in getting orders delivered timely. On a Friday night, how is there only 1 driver probably stressed out trying to keep up with the demand? I called several times wanting an update and was repeatedly told the same thing that it’s been picked up and to continue waiting. A whole hour late. I was about to call back and demand a refund but luckily the pizza ended up delivered, cold, but delivered.

Absolutely hate going to this Pizza Hut. They have the worst customer service no one ever greets you when you come in. Everytime you click for “curbside” you end up having to go inside and pick it up yourself. (The exact reason I stopped leaving tips). Pizza is never done whenever you order it. I suggest going to the one on McCart. Last 2 pieces that I ordered were super dry and burnt. I looked on the receipt for a number to call and complain but there wasn’t one. I will not be returning to this location.

This is my favorite pizza place! I love the classic pan crust, which is a deep dish crust with a wonderful yeasty flavor and perfectly crispy crust. The sauce is excellent and I love the pepperoni and pork sausage toppings. It is consistently good!

Bruh I waited so long for this and it doesn’t even look appetizing I waited over an hour for pizza from a place 4 minutes from me they sent a door dasher I believe and I would’ve rather just picked it up so it could have at least been hot still considering it was burned and not even cut correctly honestly it was garbage never going to recommend this location this was my first experience with this location and it’s terrible do betterrr people spend their money on this stuff at least pretend like you care

Early evening (7:30 pm)12/30/2021 I ordered via my Pizza Hut app., from the Sycamore School Rd. Location. I actually had tried calling it in twice previously… (This was our 3rd attempt) to place an order for delivery. I ordered 2 taste makers, (That’s 2 large 3 topping pizzas) including a tip and their freakin delivery charge for a total of $32.04. Within minutes (7:31) I received a notification our food was being prepared. At 8:10 pm I received another notification that our food was out for delivery. At 8:30 pm I called (we live less than 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut) and was told our order had left for delivery at “8:25 pm!” (8:10 or 8:25?)Very interesting indeed. At 8:45 I called again! I received the same response verbatim… At 9:05 pm approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering, our pizzas arrived! The driver explained that they were short a driver and apologized for taking so long to get to us.

Yeaaa don’t order from this location..I ordered a 3 topping pizza and it came with only 2 of the toppings and little to no cheese with a ton of mozzarella sauce. Called the store and was placed on a super long hold time with no answer..

I am so disappointed in this Pizza Hut location. Friday I ordered 4 pizzas for my family. Upon delivery we only received 3 pizzas. I immediately called the store to kindly let them know what was going on. After holding for 7 minutes the manager comes on, I explain that we are missing a pizza. The manager goes “ok well do you want it remade or store credit”. Didn’t apologize or even seem to care. I had to specifically ask for the refund. I couldn’t wait another hour for the pizza to be delivered. Yesterday I see the refund on my bank statement and it’s only for cost of the pizza before tax, so I didn’t even get the correct refund. I emailed Pizza Hut and got a reply that someone would be following up and no one ever did. I know mistakes happen and a lot of business are short staffed right now, so I’m completely understanding of slip ups. But what I don’t understand is the absolute lack of care and customer service when something does go wrong. Please avoid this location.

Had 3 orders … Was doing door dash and because the store took forever the customer came and picked up their food . I missed out on $40 dollars and all the store had to say was sorry . And on top of that because I wasted so much time waiting for the store I missed out on more money.

I know this is a chain restaurant and there is only so much you can expect, however, the times I’ve ordered for carry out…..service is horrendous. You’re pretty much ignored, everyone acts like you’re bothering them, and always seems chaotic. The last go round, I just ordered delivery even though I’m 2 blocks away, it’s just less frustrating. Drivers are always nice, quick, and follow instructions well.
