Pizza Hut in Fort Worth located at 9124 Camp Bowie West Blvd did a fantastic job with my order on 8-22-23. We ordered 10 large pizza’s (all modified) and everything was made exactly how we ordered it. The team at this location was very friendly and helpful. We ordered through the app and had an overall great experience. It was refreshing to be greeted right when I walked in and then they help load my food in my car. Much appreciation for this location and we will start using them for our pizza days at our business. Keep up the great service and positive attitude.

Pizza hut has the best tasting pizza!! We ordered the large pepperoni and sausage pizza, and the Buffalo hot wings. My husband ordered the pizza and wings on line, the order was ready to be picked up when we got there, the only problem was we ordered Stuffed crust!! But we received hand tossed crust. But, it was good. We ate it anyway!! I love, love, love their Buffalo Hot Wings, they are always hot and fresh! We would definitely recommend Pizzahut for all your cravings

I did not know they were using door dash for delivery until I received a text. Then I received a text saying my order was delivered by Krystal but I never received it. I checked and made sure I added my apartment number, it was correct on the pizza hut website order but my apartment number was missing from the Doordash order. This means a pizza hut employee left out my apartment number when placing the Doordash order. I called pizza hut, Katy said she would resend the order again but she would still have to use Dordash.

So I ordered tonight wanting to get some wings and fries. What I got was an hour wait when they said 25-35 minutes, some room temp fries that look like someone has been snacking on them, and barely warm wings. I get that times can change but if I’m waiting an extra 30 minutes I expect it to be hot. Not ordering from here again. Not worth the price at all.
