I have ordered pizza from here for almost 6 years and after my last experience, I’m not sure if I will. I ordered 4 pizzas. One was cooked perfect, one was a little over cooked but edible, 2 were completely burnt. When I called a woman picked up and answered. I told her “I just ordered from you guys and two of my pizzas are burnt” the woman replied, quite crass “you mean to tell me all your pizza is burnt?” I replied “well actually 2 and ones over cooked but edible I can send you a picture if I need too” attitude quickly changed. Then had the nerve to ask me to pick it up. I asked her why would I when they messed it up. She agreed. When asked who was the manager, she said she was and I told her that she should have more manners . The pizzas were just delivered, they were properly cooked, but the wrong pizzas.

Horrible service. Ordered from here on 8/5/23 online and waited till the website said our food was ready. When we got there the manager told my wife our food that we already paid for online had disappeared and that they would have to remake and would be another 30 minutes. I went in to ask how our food just disappeared and all the manager kept telling me over and over is IT HAPPENS. Very unprofessional people work here and I still have not heard from anyone at PIZZA HUT.

would give zero if I could. went in as soon as I ordered and told them the person who took my order put in the wrong crust. didn’t check w anyone else to make sure it wasn’t being started or anything. acted like they could care less. said on phone regular crust and they said that could’ve meant anything and gave me Pan. like I said they could’ve cared less. girl who Gave me pizza was nice. girl who took my money didn’t try to fix it or anything. I usually don’t ever review badly but this really made me mad

The minute I walked in I was greeted by smiling and attentive faces. I think their names were Heather and Josh? My food was not only prepared like I asked, it was still hot!!! It’s refreshing to see smiling and helpful faces instead of being made to feel as though you are burdening someone. Thanks Pizza Hut team!

Order a pizza around 8:57 pm, estimated deliver was 9:22 pm. At 9:40 pm I still hadn’t received my order. I call three times and no one answered any of the times. So I decided to drive up to Pizza Hut to get my order, let them know what was going on and they told me it was delivered at 930. They offered to make my Detroit style pizza with double pepperoni and what I got was a pizza with a few pepperoni scattered. While there I could see why they didn’t answer the phone, I was at the register and could see the phone ringing… no sound. They had turned down the volume all the way

I ordered pizza at 1pm today for a scheduled pick up of 5pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at 4:45 for pick up they didn’t even have my order. When they finally found it the manager said it had 5 orders ahead of it, and I would not be receiving my pizza by 5pm. Great… thank you Pizza Hut for your dedicated customer sevice and outstanding timeliness. NOT.

Well I couldn’t believe all the negative reviews when I read them because I love Pizza Hut. And not one managerial response! Well they are all true! The employees here are miserable and hate their job which is obvious in thelack of quality in the products. And in their horrible customer service. I had to call 5 times before reaching a person after they kept hanging up the phone! I was calling because they missed an entire product off of my order. When I finally did get someone the girl was rude, unapologetic and didn’t want to fix it! Seriously something needs to be done at this location. Owner, operators, managers where are you at?
