I order from the app and pizza was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Lets just say I know now that when you are racially profiled you get what you didn’t order. Is there a shortage on toppings or what? Who ever the manager was on duty she needs customer service training. The Regional/General manager needs to come in and have a long talk with her. Such a disappointment. I guess I will continue to go to Benbrook.

Other than their occasional mistakes in orders (such as forgetting things like additional marinara sauces or sides), they deliver on time with the food being a good temp, and cold items (such as soda) being properly cold. Though sometimes on duty team members arent paying attention to when a customer is waiting at the register they are always polite and helpful and provide proper service and the location appears to be neat and clean.

Delivery time was shorter than expected, but pizza tasted old and less than warm…and NO cheese was on top. And for only being <2 miles away...I would have hoped for better.

Been a while since I have eaten Pizza Hut but since I live so Far that no one delivers, i figured if I had to drive into town I’d give them a try. IM SO HAPPY I DID. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order and I was not rushed! I was actually talked into trying something new which was fantastic! Cameron was awesome and the other workers didn’t seem miserable like they did in the past either! Great experience!!!!

Terrible service, short staffed, and not professional at all. Spent an hour waiting for 2 large pizza’s when it should have only only 15-20 minutes TOPS. I had to repeatedly ask what the status was on my pizza, and the answer was ALWAYS “5-10 more minutes it’s in the oven.” The manager’s daughter had an attitude when asked about my order and definitely not wanting to help at all.

Whoever cuts the pizza needs to take some classes or something. Because this just ain’t right. I’ve got one slice as big as my hand then the next is the size of my finger. Literally. Not much exaggeration there. Come on. You had one job. It’s not rocket science. Pictures don’t even show the smallest slice.

The absolute worst service. My daughter and I went there at 11:00 for lunch and the lady said it may take me a long time to serve you if you are dining in. I have deliveries and pick-ups to handle. This is not the first time we encountered bad service. I had my 6 year old daughters birthday there and we had to go to the counter to get our pizzas and drinks for our guests. They wouldn’t even serve us and absolutely no discount with 28 people there. I will never spend a dime in that DUMP AGAIN.
