Food was done and ready on time and pretty quick. Big New Yorker had only a few pepperonis in it when it’s supposed to be double pepperoni. The dough tasted like old cardboard and it was stiff… Family could not finish to eat the entire pizza. We order wings on a side, tasted like pure grease and cardboard… I’ve been to this place before and it has been a great experience, last time not so much. Not sure what happened, I still believe that it was my luck yesterday to get the bad stuff, because the pizzas from this place has been very good… hopefully, it was just a one time thing. I won’t be eating there soon though…

Ordered a Big New Yorker for pick up. It was ready pretty quick but when we opened the box it was just a cheese pizza. No pepperoni. I have ordered these before and they all came with pepperoni. Called and was told the Big New Yorker only comes with cheese. Pepperoni would be an additional charge. Why is this location different from all others I have ordered this same pizza from? I was ordered to pick up. When as an associate for condiments cheese and pepper he said that we need to pay extra for those. Very disappointed!!! Papa John and Domino always give out cheese and pepper everytime we ask for them.

Every time I order from here they do a crappy job! The pizza will not be fully cooked through, the crust is thin and falling apart, and they slop the toppings on carelessly and unevenly. It is so bad it seems intentional in my opinion. I keep thinking it’s just a fluke I got a bad pizza but now my 5th time ordering a nasty disappointing pizza…. please don’t waste your money here! I tried giving them multiple chances and more than I should have I admit.
