First time I ever hated Pizza Hut food. I was on a business trip and I always buy 2 pizzas and use them for days as hotel food. I got the food and the driver seemed out of it. My 2 two Lt drinks were hot, and when I opened my pizza after I had to help the driver break my bill down in the lobby. My pizza’s were missed up, smashed and topping on the top and pushed up again the sides. The pizza’s were ice cold like not even warm. On top of that I got the wrong pizza’s I ordered. I tried call the restaurant 10 times and gave up and eat what I could, I wasted one whole pizza because I am allergic to mushroom’s and my meat lovers had a lot of mushrooms on it. I never had a bad pizza hut in 17 states I have visited for my job until today. Said thing it was Arlington, Tx.

Worst pizza hut I’ve ever had. Messed up my order gave me an undercooked one topping when I ordered a three topping. When I called back another day after originally being told the manager want there that day, I was offered a free pizza which I never received. Called back again an hour later. I was then told a driver would come with my pizza and call when they’re delivering. I never heard back again. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Will order from this pizza hut again!!! Originally called the store to change my order because I had messed up on it. The manager got it changed, my pizza was brought to the door but was still the original order. Called the store and the manager quickly fixed everything and got my correct pizza sent out! Thank you too the driver that had to make 2 trips to my apartment!

Ordered pizza for delivery and it never arrived. I was told by management they would refund me over a week ago and still haven’t. Kind of glad i didn’t get my pizza anyways, because when I went in there the employees weren’t using gloves while touching all over the toppings and pizzas. I recommend going anywhere other then here.

Ordered delivery in game day, and my pizza came 40 minutes later. Normally it takes at least an hour. Freshness was fairly decent, and the taste was amazing as usual. Our delivery driver was nice and prompt.

I used to work here as a driver some years ago, can confirm this place is garbage. So many screw ups I was surprised they still had so many customers. All the employees would just smoke while there were pizzas coming out of the oven/phones ringing. When it was 30 minutes before close and there were phones ringing one of the managers would literally pick it up and hang up immediately until they stopped calling. Wrong pizzas/orders going to the wrong places all the time. Drivers constantly no show and not do any prep. Terrible place go get food from somewhere else.
