These are supposed to be honey bbq and buffalo wings??!!! Sad and lazy and overpriced already. When I called to ask for a remake, someone hung up in my face. I walked in and they tried to justify the “full scoop “ excuse and blamed it on the wings not being shaken up. But she then it appeared that she was going that I would just take her excuse and accept my poor food. No one speaks when you walk into the restaurant and there is no welcome environment.

Always fresh pizza. Fast service very professional very polite always treat me like family every time I pull up to the window always with a smile on thanks for the great pizza. Even when I have a problem with my pizza these people are so polite and professional I’ve never found a better Pizza Hut in my life thank for the great service and the great pizza I highly recommend They chicken parmesan pizza light sauce is dos it is truly divine. The Staff was wonderful. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot, not prepared exactly the way I ordered it. Pizza Hut isn’t what it used to be. The flavors are just off.

I love the NY pizza at Pizza Hut. Although, smaller than 20 years ago. I was told they don’t give cups of ice you have to buy a soda. I couldn’t order extra pepperoni ont he app.

All of our food was cold. Though we understand being short staffed, the food was $60.00 and was not able to be eaten. The pizza and cheese bread was cold and the wings were cold and had the wrong sauce on them. We started to eat it and ended up throwing away the leftovers because we were scared of getting sick. We could have used that $60 anywhere else. The only positive that we could say was kudos to the only two employees that showed up and to the lady that kept apologizing to my husband for the order taking so long to get out. I suspect it had been ready for a while as cold as it was. Pizza Hut was always a go to for good pizza, I am positive that we will not return. The pizza was nothing like it used to be.

The difference between one franchise operaton and another is defined by the management team and their supporting personnel. While during the pandemic this Pizza Hut lobby was closed. I placed an order for a thin crust Supreme. Soon enough the manager handed the order through my auto window. The product quality was excellent. The service was courteous and prompt and greatly appreciated. As I awaited completion of order there was a continuous stream of customers picking up their order. I came to understand why.
