I haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a few years. I decided to go get some pan pizzas. Wow all I can say is disappointment. They used to get the sauce and cheese all the way to the sides and you would get a cheesy crunchy delicious edge. There was a ton of cheese too. These pizzas were a pathetic excuse. The people on the phone and at the store were good but the food – yuck. I couldn’t even eat the “cheese sticks” because they were missing the main ingredient, cheese. They were like eating dust. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the staff. If I could I would give the pizza a negative 4 stars. Not going back again for a long time.

Titus was super polite & punctual. He brought my order to my door when no delivery driver in the past ever even tried. He also handled it with care. I got the dinner box which was hot & delicious! My 1st Pizza Hut order in 25 years. Impressed all around.

Ordered the Cheese Steak Pizza. Horrible experience. The onion and bell pepper were under cooked. The crust was limp and soggy. Lots of cheese but very little steak and the steak was tough and flavorless. Just about any kind of frozen pizza would have been preferable to the mess I got from Pizza Hut and I would have saved a lot of money. Pizza Hut has been going down hill on quality lately and this was trip to the bottom of the barrel.

I noticed this was a new location for Pizza Hut and decided to five them a try. Wait, wait and try them in a few months. We ordered in person and while waiting, an employee tells me they are gonna have to make another pizza cause the first one stuck to the pan. Ok, understand. So order is done drive the 20mins back home only to find the pizza is missing its one and only topping. Drive all the way back and pick up another one and while on the drive back, my wife calls and tells me the breadsticks are the small order, not the large one. While at the store I tell an employee this he just shrugged his shoulders. Anyways, grab the pizza head back home only to find out the center of the pizza is missing parts of the crust like it to was stuck to the pan. As of now, I don’t recommend ordering from this place. The employees while nice, really have no clue about what they are doing.

We tired the new cheesestake pizza, it’s wasn’t what I expected it to taste like, the steak was kinda salty and the garlic was over powering, but besides that he was pretty good with ranch dressing

Just ordered a 35$ large single topping pizza with 8 wings. Would think it would be decent for the price. Nooo pizza tasted cold and chewy. Wings tasted like slime. Horrible

The app is horrible. It changes your order. Logs you out for “inactivity” when you contact company with complaint. Employee doesn’t offer replacement for items the app makes you choose. Just handed me the carryout order that was ready when I arrived and I STILL waited 15 minutes. I ask ” where is the Pepsi-Cola? She replies they are out and walks away. And there are hardly any toppings .Banana pepper and pineapple and mushrooms. That all the vegetable toppings. No onions or bell peppers. Walmart is across the street, send 5 bucks and stock your toppings
