My friend and I ordered a Big Dinner Box. The pizzas were really good.. hot and fresh. The wings and bread sticks were just as good. We’ll definitely be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Also the employees were very courteous and prompt with our order.

The staff at this location are consistently great. Always incredibly friendly & helpful. If there’s ever a mistake made, they’ll make it right. This is the only Pizza Hut in tyler I go to for that very reason

Super fast delivery, very hot and fresh food! Usually the pasta dishes at most pizza places are “dry” (leaving a lot of noodles with no sauce) but here the pasta was sauced up and full of flavor! One of the best pizza places I’ve had in Tyler! Will most definitely order from here again! Great job!

This Pizza Hut was right on point! My order was 100% accurate, they have a very friendly & down-to-earth staff, VERY clean facility both inside the lobby & outside in the parking lot, and not to mention the service I received was VERY mannerable, professional and swift. Literally couldn’t have been any better! Keep up the GREAT work y’all! Hopefully more food businesses will follow in yalls footprints! (I think everyone deserves a pay raise at this location)

I probably will never shop here again and I shop here a lot. When I picked up my order, I noticed that a man was in the back making pizza with no gloves on. When I mentioned it to the man at the counter, he responded back aggressively and said “we don’t have to wear gloves” “no pizza shop in town wears gloves”. I was super shocked and disgusted, like really you take pride in touching peoples food and know that your hand has been touching EVERYTHING! I totally don’t understand because I do uber eats and plenty of cookers wear gloves while they prepare people food. He said as if he had something against wearing protection from germs! Not to be funny but the staff didn’t even look too clean, most had missing teeth and their shirts couldn’t fit in their pants. Probably smoke cigs!!! Ugh just nasty PIZZA HUT

Besides the fact that I just love pizza, the experience was less than satisfying. I order 2 pizzas for carryout, my orders were put as one pizza, I waited an extra 15min one more pizza, it was the UNCUT pizza (the first one). I’m still at a loss. A waste of 20 bucks & 45min
