I wish they have stars in the negative side… this place really sucks … service super bad … non courteous and I guess the manager was at the register and not a dam word on how was our experience… thanks that she did asked because we were very displeased with this place and service… glad we don’t live in this area… over all -5 stars….

My melt was burned on the outside and raw inside and my great granddaughters pan pizza was not done. We had been out a while and were tired and I couldn’t come back cause I got sick (getting over back surgery) so I couldn’t do anything about it

The buffet was great! Service was awesome! Food was really good. I asked for a special pizza to be put on the buffet, and the manager came and served us some at the table before he put it on the buffet. Everyone there was really friendly. In a world of fast paced “I don’t care/like where I work, so who cares about the customer.” This was such a nice change! Thank you Pizza Hut employees of Marshall, we will be back.
