We had three large pizzas Friday. I decided to taste all three. I usually avoid pepperoni due to spice and fat content. PizzaHut, yours was great! The BBQ and Hawaiian was very good, too! Great job PH folks!

We ate there on 21st for dinner at 7 pm. No one noticed us & had to go to counter. Table had crumbs on it & asked to be cleaned but she said wasn’t her table & it never got cleaned. Everyone more interested in themselves than customers. Employee did not use gloves to make a pizza & check out attendant said it was too bad when I stated the issues!!! Pizza only good thing.

Ordered delivery and after it was late arriving the manager told me they canceled my order because they could not find my address. They sent another delivery driver that found my house right away. Unfortunately this was 1-1/2 hours after my original order and the food was soggy and cold. The 2nd driver informed me that the 1st driver didnt deliver because I didnt leave a tip on the app. When I called up there I asked for the District Manager’s name and number. The manager on duty put me on hold and then came back and said she didn’t have that information. When I informed her of what was going on she said she could reimburse me for the meal or remake the meal. I told her I only wanted to talk to the DM and she informed me that they were just going to tell me the same thing.

The buffet was okay at best but you better want what is on the buffet, they will not make anything different. It was not what I remembered it being. In my opinion you are better off just going to MOD pizza or something so you can just get what you want and quick.

Worst pizza hut in the history of ever! There is still an hour left in the buffet and this is it.. waited 8 minutes to even get our drinks. There was no plates so had to reuse ours. The salad bar wasnt even functioning. There was only one girl doing everything while the others just stood around. HORRIBLE SERVICE, will not come back

We ordered a Take Out Pizza and we could not eat it. This is twice we have ordered from Pizza Hut and our last time to order in Henderson. The pepperoni tasted horrible.

I love Pizza Hut, no matter where I am, I haven’t been to a bad one yet. Unfortunately, for this particular PH, I only ever order pick up. They don’t deliver to my address, sad, and I have sat inside to eat yet. For pick up though, it’s a 5 star for sure. Orders are always done, still hot, customer service is on point, nice, and I always get good vibes there.
