Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. If you order regular marinara, there will be more marinara than cheese. If you order light marinara, there won’t be any at all. Delivery takes a minimum of 2 hours and I live on the same street as the restaurant. This is If you can even place an order, half the time when you call and they’re a little busy, they’ll just hang up on you mid sentence so they don’t have to take another order. Call back and they’ll do it again. There’s a few good employees that do a good job if you order mid afternoon instead of in the evening but if it’s after 5pm, order Milanos. Or even Little Caesars.

First and last time. Picked up 3 pizzas and a melt. One of the pizzas had practically no toppings and tons of crust, I am talking 4 inches of crust- toppings in a small center circle. We were told nothing is wrong with it, all the pan crusts look that way. They made a call and someone, I guess, and were instructed to remake it. Turns out someone new made the crusts and they didn’t want to fix the mistake . Anyway, we requested that our other pizzas be kept warm while we had to wait and were given a big attitude. Poor customer service and lazy.

The absolute worst service I have ever had. I am considering Dominos again. First person that picked up hung up then the second time I wasted my life calling back that one took some info said hold on then proceeded to tell another employee she was busy then put me back on hold. Good luck keeping customers and you can let your lazy incompetent employees know I am a good tipper. By the way your hold ads amd music is absolutely atrocious.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza. When my wife arrived home with it, it was more like a meat haters pizza. Barely had any topping. It basically was a cheese pizza. I complained to Pizza Hut. Nothing done about it. Have decided to quit giving this pizza hut “another chance” after nearly 24 years of ups and downs of food quality and service.

I would recommend that, if there is no delivery driver available, the option to order online for delivery be disabled. After placing my order online, I was called and told that you had no delivery driver on shift (this location offers delivery) and that I would not receive a refund until 3-5 days. Pizza is not cheap and eating out for families has become a luxury so having to wait up to 5 days for a refund due to no fault of my own is unacceptable.

This is the second time that I have ordered delivery from the Carthage restaurant and both times my order was over an hour late. The first time they delivered it to the next door neighbors and had to remake it and they forgot the Parmesan shaker that I paid for. Yesterday even though I ordered online an hour and a half prior, I had to call the restaurant twice after receiving a text that the driver was out to deliver our meal 50 minutes prior. Ordered at 3:50 for 5:30… received order at 6:15. This place is absolutely horrible.

Ordered about 10 min. before closing. We don’t like to do that normally, but it was 11pm and we didn’t want drive thru fast food. The manager lady inside was so super sweet! She said it was no problem at all. Said about 15 min for pizza, wings & brownie. Which, she also made sure we got a tremendous deal on. I had heard things had turned around for the better here. Glad we stopped in, and now you have a new / returning regular customer. Oh, A few min later another employee came in with a red puffy pizza bag, seen us waiting, and was concerned if we had been waited on. Since the others were busy making our order and no one was in the front. We assured him, that yes they had taken care of us. Everyone seemed busy cleaning up, but no one was annoyed at all, that we came in late. A++

I had a horrible experience yesterday 11/14/21. I ordered pizza and they forgot my order. I waited an hour and 20 minutes and then had to drive to the store and pick up my order. I always seem to have bad experience just about every other time I order from Pizza Hut. They always want to give me a free pizza in return. I want them to fix the problem instead of just giving me a coupon every time something is wrong
