I was missing wings that I spent $50 on. I called to let them know and he only offered me a five dollar credit which should’ve been way over that. The manager was very rude then hung up on me. I tried to call back, but I was constantly hung up on by his staff. I tried to be very nice as I am a regular customer. I would’ve expected more of them than this. it wasn’t the money. It was the principle of it all.

The Anna Pizza Hut location quality and freshness was amazingly great. The pizza and cinamon sticks were fantastic. It was delivered to me very quickly, even fo a Saturday night and it was piping hot like it just came out of the oven. Perfectly cooked.

Food is usually good from here. Today I bit into a slice of pizza and there were three pieces of cardboard in the pizza. Picture posted. I tried calling rather than leave a review online but was on hold for over 20 min before hanging up.

Manager is extremely rude. He was even involving staff to hang up on us. We were very nice and not at all belligerent so for them to behave in such an unprofessional way is unacceptable. Luckily we got through to the headquarters and they were very helpful and extremely nice, even offered us to large pizzas for free. He will be reported the said as well. We have always loved that place but will never be ordering from them again.

I will be reporting this establishment for suspicious activity, Anna police department had been up there questioning employees about activity at this establishment. My son with disabilities was said to have short drawer, giving people the wrong food, and called in one day saying he was sleepy because he has autism.

I was excited to try Pizza Hut again after a long time. When I was younger, it was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the trio box we got was disappointing in the pizza, the breadsricks, and even the cinnamon stick dessert. It was overall ok. Not what I was looking forward to or expecting though. The sauce on the pizza was bland. No goodness to the crust, and even the breadsticks were my least favorite of any pizza place……and I love bread! I hope maybe you change recipes again at some point to improve flavor.

Worthy of no stars but have to give one. Placed order online for delivery, $50 worth. Received call from store shortly thereafter to tell me we were not in their delivery area, although they have delivered here numerous times. I’m 4 miles out of town really. When questioned the manager stated it was up to the driver to deliver or not. Stupid policy and pitiful. Sorry Pizza Hut won’t do this again.
