The service was amazing!! I’ve ordered delivery from this particulate Pizza Hut a few times because it’s near to the place that I work. They’ve always arrived on time or ahead of scheduled, and the pizza is nice and warm when they arrive. Now that is what I call great service!!!

The manager Cynthia couldn’t care less about a customer issue. She sounds as if she doesn’t even want to be there. If you have any issues, trust me wait until another manager gets there preferably the next day because you won’t get any type of quality assistance or service. I was supposed to be credited x amount from the store but I was charged full price. When I called about it she argued with me about it stating that the discount was on which from my email it clearly wasn’t. I order online and I pick it up, so usually I tip a dollar. When I tip a dollar or don’t tip anything, it seems they put something in the pizza that makes me spend days in the restroom with stomach problems, then I tip 3-5$ and everything is perfect. It has happened at least 4 times that I don’t tip cause I just don’t want to and the pizza send me right away to the restroom.
